Has been established by the leading enterprises of the Russian Federation for production of the following synthetic and semi-synthetic base oils:
• Synthetic Polyalphaolefine Base Oils (PAO)
• Polysynthetic Universal All-Seasons Base Oils ‘Tatneft-Prophy’
• Polysynthetic Universal All-Seasons Base Oils ‘Tatneft-Progress’
• Polysynthetic Transmission Oils ‘Tatneft’
• Synthetic Oils.
Production facilities of the plant include two plants:
• Polyalphaolefine Base Oil Plant (annual production capacity is 10000 tons);
• Synthetic and Semi-Synthetic Commercial Oils (annual production capacity is 10 000 tons with possibility of increase up to 30 000 tons).
The plant has a complete production cycle starting with feedstock collection and ending with production of finished oils, which are engine oil, hydraulic oil, transmission oil, refrigerator oil, vacuum oil,
special oils for different purposes based on the polyalphaolefine oils.
Company was awarded:
• GOST R Quality Certificate;
• License of the American Petroleum Institute - API CF-4/SH 1 SG
• Permission of the Interdepartmental Commission for granting permits for production and application of oils, lubricants and special liquids under GOST-Standard of Russian Federation;
• Certificate of the Association of Automotive Engineers of Russian Federation;
• Gord Award for PAOs in 2005 Competition with Russian Federation for the 100 Best Goods;
• Silver Award for Semi-Synthetic Motor Oils of “Tatneft-Profy” SAE 10W-40 and SAE 15W-40 API CF-4/SH1SG Series.
All polysynthetic motor oils are produced on the basis of synthetic polyalphaolefine (PAOM) and with ideally balanced package of additives supplied by the world leading additive company ‘Infineum’ (Shell & ExxonMobil). |
